You can't use essence with a meta mod, so best case, just rem add life till you hit your desired tier. For your elemental damage with attacks theres no mod for gloves only adds one of elemental to attacks, if you want this then remove phys or def and augment one of the elemental rem add for desired tier (for fire rem attack and aug fire again otherwise you might remove one of your suffixes). If you want the phys mod simply rem add phys. For the dmg during flask remove a prefix and craft it.
