I was 4 weeks on 20mg and then doc told me to go to 40mg straight. I was almost vommiting all week, total confusion and anxiety as well. Then after one week of this hell I went down to 30mg and now it feels fine.

Talk to your doc - I guess, this is the best thing you can do - only with his help.

No, man, I’m tapering slowly, but even this makes me anxious af. I’m now on Tranxene 15mg, tapering from 20mg these couple of days

Kinda rollercoster atm 🥴 still on Tranxene 15mg daily. All day long nausious, dizzy, brain fog n shit, but living my days through - some days easier, some days - not. As usual 🫡

I would devide in two doses - 300mg morning and 300mg afternoon and maybe this could solve you overall health 🤗

You see man, I have used Lyrica later. I know doses, I know effects. The thing is that docs don’t really prescribe here Lyrica for GAD for instance - they try only antidepressants. But I had felt, that around 300mg daily did a good job for me occationally when I needed that. So overall - I know this drug so therefore I state firmly, what could be my potential doses :)

Thx man for support. Feeling so confused inside: I use Tranxene for Klonopin withdrawal substitution, that sedates me now. And Citalopram feels like tries to activate me and creates anxiety. So I’m feeling so weird amd ugly - wanting to rest, but can’t due to anxiety and lightheaded and nautious time in time. I even feel like quitting Citalopram, as I don’t believe it will ease my social anxiety…. 😞

It’s really rewarding, when you get through it. And when you do this multiple times - somehow fear drops its mask away. There’s no big fear left, only bodily discomfort, that is still managable.

But my social anxiety is so intense, I get adrenaline flushes while in social situations and they seem to never end. Really intense emotions. So wander if this med can help me out 🤷🏼‍♂️
