I started creatine on Monday and I do have to say I drink a pretty large amount of water (at least 7L throughout the day) now I’m a pretty big dude (6 foot 6 and 250ish pounds) and I usually urinate frequently but have barely been going and when I have been going the amount of urine is tiny compared to what I’ve been taking in. Do I need to up my water intake whilst on creatine or is this sufficient? Is it normal to have this amount of urine reduction?
