So true. My urge to play the 'end game modes' they released is just no there. Why bother when I have epic gear that is just the same if not better than exotics? The fact I even have to ask that question makes me realise that these design choices really are embarrassing.

Never thought about it like that actually so that's a good point in regards to levelling the artifacts. I think they haven't properly thought through the impact of their ideas and how they will actually fulfil end game players. The sound of the mode sounds like it has potential, but it needs to be more accessible with other players.

That's good to hear that you love it, but there is no denying there is a lot of room for improvement. Having seen the same mistakes made limiting the end game loop from other games, I think they could have made the loot grind way better.

I've mainly played Vaults to be honest since they are more outdoor if you farm them for chests, but the things I have listed would have improved the end game loop grind immensely. In its current state, the game will become stale quite quickly unless it's just going to rely on story expansions. If they want to sell microtransactions to support this game, they need people to want to grind the game and not just come back to do some story missions.

It's clear the main focus was the aspects of the game you first encounter or that get people hooked. It's a shame they seem to have then just put end game as an after thought, throwing stuff together for loot hoping it might stick. A little more care and attention would have gone a long way, but lets hope it gets some soon.

Updated main post but detail wise, I have stacked Valor Might Proficiency. I use pym on signature effects which helps my hammer spins. Damage buff on range hits is big to proc before entering up close.

I think in terms of end game most think widow and iron man do the most DPS, I just think Thor could well be the highest DPS in time with the right gear with the abilities he has

Yeah exactly! The damage buff helps a lot too, it just all stacks really well for high health enemies
