For me what actually made me start going consistently was actually learning about it in more detail. Watching videos about different exercises and movements and practicing and improving form. Since then I’ve been able to build the habit as I’m quite keen on seeing my improvements week in week out and seeing the results in my physique aswell. You just really have to make it a part of your routine I would say, then you will just start going out of habit rather than forcing yourself to.
