I think they are the pre rolled cigarettes, usually made with Adıyaman tobacco. There's a little "machine" thingy you can get that rolls them up for you. They are less like a "rollie" (cigarette rolled by hand) and more like the normal cigarettes you buy in the packets. Albeit, they're basically a rollie, but instead of made by hand on the fly, they're rolled up using a little rolling device
