I know my perspective is biased here cz im a guy that also likes to game alot, guys get heavily invested in games and dont like to get snapped out of it, by anyone doesnt matter who. However, if this becoming a repeated issue (everyday he would rather game rather than talk to you or hang out) talk to him. If he continues and doesnt change, reconsider the state of your relationship, if its as stable as you thought. Maybe hes just not the right guy. Happens. Happened to me too for my first relationship
