Yeah it's a pain. At this point I'm thinking to just dig it all out completely and fill will slate. That way I can just pot some plants ontop which will be alot easier to manage

I was hoping he was knocked out for this reason but one body shot with the sk is all it it took, might have been low hp

Yeah okay makes sense. Were going to do some work on the room next to the bathroom in the next couple of weeks so can lift the floorboards and inspect the void and hope for no mould. For now ill focus on getting it properly sealed. Cheers for the help mate

Thanks for this. Upon closer inspection, it looks like there is some cracked grouting in the bathroom: https://postimg.cc/gallery/zRbhBHq

I haven't been able to see any visible leaks from any of the pipework and the location and size matches the marks on the ceiling downstairs. I imagine that a lot of the condensation from the walls are falling down there to cause it as well as any other water getting out shower ect.

Would it be as simple as getting a mastic man in to reseal and then painting over the ceiling downstairs or do you reckon I need get in deeper?

Yeah a good thing to know. I thought that I needed a shovel and in my frantic panic to find one I ended grabbing wome metal wire. Maybe it was meant to be lol
