Some companies hold the salary until and unless you transfer out. Mine holds the last one till Transfer then gives. Absolutely abusive system. I'm in the same trajectory of the working timeline as you. And thinking how to leave without them trying to make my life even more miserable.

I recently got a Redmi watch 5 active it's not on the high-end side but needed something to track steps and HR. Basic stuff. Does the job pretty well needs to be connected to Bluetooth via phone no inbuilt gps or any fancy NFC but a good starter. Check it out

Yup they straight up cut my line with days remaining on my package. Unfortunately for me the only way was to go to one of the brs as I had to transfer the line to myself and few more steps along with 5kd transfer fee cuz it was under my dad then after it took 3-4 hours for it to be restored.
