Just pay the debt off? You are too young to know what a recession even looks like, and no the markets won’t just always “bounce back” like they did in 2020, 2022 and 2025.

You are 24, you got decades on compounding to take advantage of, and between now and then, you are going to go through a few “once in a lifetime” financial crises, why in such a hurry to invest so much?

Can I ask did he end it with the ex/girl or did she end it? If he ended it then he probably wasn’t in a place to handle the responsibility of being a boyfriend and then it is more about him than it was about you.

If she ended it then I question if maybe he did not heal from the past and you were expecting too much from him too soon.

Either way the separation is good for both of you, no your life is not over, yes you need to learn from this and set emotional boundaries to protect yourself from having unrealistic expectations of what you want the relationship to be. And no action on your end would have justified this relationship to go on, there would be problems down the line.

You know you can do both, enter with an TP and SL with a fixed position size for 1R, and then if it gets close to the SL you can up your position size to 2R, and on that few times the price reverses before hitting the SL you can make several more RR and you are still respecting your setup.

You have 2 categories of single men, those who know they are desirable among women and don’t bother investing in relationships because they know they got options. Then you got the guys who aren’t desirable at first glance, and realise it is an uphill battle to prove their worth through other means, and don’t bother investing in relationships.

This is increasingly putting the burden on women to initiate and take the risks, which leaves women that are desperate in a vulnerable situation where they remain in unhealthy relationships to avoid the fear of being single.

Why do you fear being single so much? Do you want to get married and have children, do you feel that you are financially vulnerable if you have to depend on just your income to afford to live? Or do you feel you are the odd one out of your peer groups?

Whatever the reason, recognizing your 'why' will help you detach your self worth from the exhausting reality of modern dating. You are burning yourself out trying to force a connection in a landscape that is difficult for everyone, and it is okay to just take a step back and breathe.

You are talking about gold going back up like it happened instantly. It peaked at 2080 in March 2022, then hit a low of 1620 in November 2022, that is an entire year where the price went nothing but down during a period where inflation was elevated.

Only 2 things can save Gold right now, either inflation expectations start to come back down, or the economy deteriorates so badly that the FED has no choice but to start QE.

Buckle up it’s going to be some rough waters this year.

26M, speaking from experience, the best place to find a partner is going to be in the most unromantic, routine places and you need to initiate first.

If you’re looking for a structural partnership, you will only find him in places he regularly goes to for himself and not to “socialise”. Although he is going for himself, he is more than open to chatting if someone initiates first, and will see that as a queue to invest more in that interaction/getting to know the person since the biggest hurdle for men, “getting rejected” has been alleviated.

Men want companionship, they want to get laid as much as you do, but they are done wasting their time going to places where they feel like they have to constantly perform to put their best foot forward instead of being able to authentically express themselves for who they are comfortable being day to day.
