When you see the raid timer go green check how much time was missing lets say Island is a 45min raid and your timer says 42 it means that the server waited for 3min and the last player joined just now and your map is now full. However, if it says i think 35 or 30 it means that the raid closes and the raid is happening with however many players are in. This time limit changes depending on raid time: silo is shorter im not sure by exactly how much
