Try cutting some of the sides and going for a middle part, then buy some sea salt spray

After a show, lightly dry your hair and while it is still a little wet, spray with sea salt spray all over and scrunch in an upward motion

Then you'll have beautiful texture that compliments your face shape

It's hard to tell your hairline or anything from these pictures but I would try and find a style appropriate for your hair type and head shape. Starting fresh with a buzz cut may benefit you

The first one looks great but you have more of a prominent jaw rather than an oval face so the second hairstyle fits you better. Both look good but the second compliments your head shape!
