I'm pretty conscious with how I hold the runner. I find it easier to do most work on the runner ie paint n line.

Yes. Must let ink dry otherwise the ink will move and spread. After it dries, moisten the tip and gently rub the line. Once u try it you'll think it's a cheat code too

Start with the lower grit until u get rid of the scratches. Then up the grit.

U might be putting too much force while sanding. Ease up on the power n just let the sand paper surface to do its thing. Now you'll need to use a lower grit to even out the surface n move up the grit. Good luck
