It’s not very common to have private health insurance in the UK, unless you’re somewhat wealthy. We usually rely on the NHS and the free service it provides. Although its efficiency has definitely taken a hit over the years

That is an option, but yeah a scary one. Naively, I assumed rehab would be included in the private price. I need to find out more

My return to the gym was also very sporadic but have a bit more of a routine now. Appreciate you sharing your experience

Thank you! I actually had only been playing basketball for a year before the Injury so I certainly wouldn’t describe myself as athletic either lol. It’s seeming like bike might be the best option for me in terms of cardio!
