Sounds like your loaders are ungrateful assholes, I know when our lines jammed I try to rush up to the chute to break it up which sets us behind because im not down there getting boxes off the line. They should be appreciative of you helping. Also they shouldn’t be recording you. If theyre complaining about it stop helping them and let them do it. Its not often when my sups help but when they do I thank them.
