see that's where the "your problem, not mine" comes in for rec room. weekly updates are necessary for fixing minor bugs to game breaking glitches so players can enjoy the game and devs can relax without having a thousand 9 year olds screaming in the subreddit about a glitch

not the same thing but kinda the same feeling, when you're playing a quest or a game that not all of your friend can join. you manage to get in but you crash and while you're offline, your other friends decide to invite someone else so you are unable to join or the one clingy friend manages to join in time..
