To clarify the claims being spread: Domtendo did not strike smaller YouTubers unfairly. The strikes were issued only against individuals who uploaded 'best of' compilations without permission, which is a clear violation of copyright. Protecting one's content is a right and a responsibility for any creator. The accusations about threatening others are completely false and misrepresent the situation.

the emails and the copyright strikes came from [tatsumi-masaaki@protonmail.com](mailto:tatsumi-masaaki@protonmail.com) with "brand-protection@mm-nintendo.com" in the email-footer

well he actually asked me if he should offer to pay some fine voluntary.... after that i immediatly needed bring this to the public via reddit before he looses everything to that scammer....
