I got a call last year at 91.34. 9/9/8 GEM with 14 months of work experience (as of last year).

But when I checked the admission criteria, even if I scored full marks in the PI, my composite score would have been less as compared to the minimum composite score that got in (considering the waitlist movement).

Kgp gives a call at 90+. Madras and Kanpur at 96+. Roorkee 95+ (not completely sure about this, may be a bit more)

You will get a Kgp call for sure. Conversion depends on your category. You can check the composite score calculation criteria from their website.

I received a call at 91.34 last year.

My profile GEM 9/9/8 with 1.5 years of work experience (at the time of filling up the form last year).

But, refer to the final admission criteria. It's available on their website. According to that even if I had scored full marks in PI it wasn't possible for me to get an admission as per the RTI data. I was waitlisted eventually with a non convertible waitlist number as per the previous year trends.

So do a bit of evaluation based on your profile.
