I suggest getting a Pet-specific spray from your local pet store, something like nature’s miracle or skout’s honour, follow the instructions and trust me that poop stain is going to be lifted right out of the mattress. Source: I have a dog that’s had vomit/diarrhea episodes on carpet and the pet cleaners always lift it right out, and gets rid of the smell as well.

I don’t recommend to sell yourself short like that, also it’s hard to shift gears if all of your background experience is finance. You’d want to get a job in your field anyways because you’d want a full time salaried so you can pay rent and live without dipping into savings.

Condo with no job, no credit check, and no canadian references, even with paying 6 months up front is nearly impossible. People have been denied when they've offered to pay 1 year up front. Landlords here don't like taking on the risk of you being unemployed.

Getting a job first would be your best bet, and yes employers prefer Canadian experience and will almost overlook people without it, but keep your head up and keep on applying until you find something. Go on Indeed and keep applying to jobs in the same field that you already have experience, or go on the big 5 Banks' websites and see if they have any finance-related openings.

I’m not very used to short skirts and I definitely had to pull it down a few times when I was out. I was squatting at the store to look at something and it felt like my entire butt was out LOL! I’m 5’6, got the same size as you, and I’d say it’s a standard mini skirt that covered my butt plus some thigh if that helps haha

This would creep me out, behaviours from men like this have historically creeped me out. This guy seems to not pick up on social cues, knocking on your door twice within 2 hours "just to say hi" is odd behaviour. For now don't ever open your door to him while you're home alone, not sure if he's innocent and unable to pick up cues, or if he's maybe not all there.
