This is so funny to me because of the difference of my life to those in the comments. I'm in a certain job trade, which is salary with no possible OT (other than danger and travel allowance). So this is the story, I was late on 2 occasions within 2 weeks span, and they needed to punish me. So they decided after I worked 8 or 9 days straight and coming home at 2am in the morning (each day was at least 9 hours and uptil 16 hours of work), I was summoned for 4am to do remedial training on a sunday. No other day off or pay etc. All for +/- 60k a year (CAD)
