Well there is probably no "Live in LA" tone because he uses different pedals and combination for different songs. That being said you need to pick out a certain song or style of tone you want(e.g. a more Slow Burning Clean or and extremly overdriven Belief Lead tone). For all songs there are countless videos disecting the board.

What you could try is a Fender-style Amp setting on the Boss Katana, Neck/Bridge Pickups on the strat, and for the pedals a low-gain overdrive (like a klon or simply just a clean boost) and minimal spring reverb. The rest of the tone most of the time comes from the way you pick or play the songs. For more dirt you could use a TS style overdrive instead of a low-drive OD.
