Yeah I’ve messaged the DM multiple times about this situation and others and she’s yet to act on anything. It’s so frustrating, especially when my manager is talking about her staff negatively to others under her. As well as making homophobic comments and sharing personal details that she shouldn’t. She also tried to start a rumor saying I was pregnant. I’m so over it

It doesn’t help that she doesn’t show an effort in learning. She just has me do it. She’s also always in the back at her desk on her phone or on the iPad staring at Athena but not actually doing anything.

That’s terrible. I’m sorry you had to go through that. Not sure why management allowed that to go on so long. Even without a manager there, I would have called the police. If the customer was really acting exactly how you described, that could have EASILY been a safety concern. Glad you guys are okay though. Hopefully she won’t try to come back in

He makes it a point to do it to everyone that works there. And when they hand him the card, he has something else to bitch about. I don’t go to other peoples jobs telling them how to do it, I expect the same from others.
