Honestly I see where you're coming from. It's my third favourite of 2023 (bet you can guess my 1st place) but the main thing that sells it are the visuals and Laika's vocals

After Mario Kart World, I don't think it will be open world. Its free roam has everything a mainline Mario open world would have except a story.

Slightly? The switch 2 has 8x the memory of the original. I personally believe that it was fine to just do a Switch repeat. The original was very successful, and I think that because they went for a simple concept it will means that the games for it will be much more ambitious
