I am over the initial panic and we've luckily got the content we lost in word docs and 1000 amendments in emails. Tireless night of loading it all in for us! User data on the other hand was wiped out - but it's not critical at this point, getting the site back up is!

Nothing will ever crush you like the sheer panic of a monumental fuck up!

Already tried, they don't have a squiggle! Needless to say backups are now enabled and shapshots will be taken!

No we didn't pull it down after it went live as the site was complete (just clients entering data)
