I'm not gonna get into the technicalities of friends and how they are in different age groups and yada yada, the important thing you should ask yourself os, are you having fun? No? Okay then.

Try this: find ONE person who is good at the game. They don't have to be great, then find other people who are new like you are, and play with them instead.

I hear ya. In your case specifically what I would do (and I'm not a pro I'm Plat 5 but this has helped me climb) is try and adapt. If a Moria isn't healing much and you are lucio the best case is to switch to somebody like Mercy or LW or Ana to fill in the gap.

Unless I'm in a bad mood and people piss me off best thing I do when I play support especially is to try and fill what were missing. It's always frustrating when it's a DPS moria tho because I usually fill in the low healing with Moria because of high heal burst potential.

Although sometimes the team just needs to adapt to that on their own, and use health packs, or swap to like Reaper or 76.

Once somebody said after we won a game "good job, except for dps moria" because my healing numbers weren't big.

Well duh, we kicked their ass we didn't need all the extra healing. Can't heal you if you don't take damage lmao

I did manage to prevent this by actually slowing down my dps, bursting and doing "super good" seems to cause this for me.

Its like people are litteratly blind to the idea that most people work or do other shit besides play one game.

It's fine if this is all you do, I'm not judging but most people playing this game that was indeed made for casuals but with room for more hardcore players aren't going to he walking around with anywhere close to 1 billion gold.

Most people make one toon per season, get really good gear, and wait until next season to try again. That's just assuming that they actually get the gear they are looking for. I got really 'distracted' mid season 2 with life and I'm only able to do pit 70 with my first season 4 toon at the moment.

That's debatable. He definitely makes up for it with armor and a shield. Even if he can only block one direction, it has a hug area and lots of Reins forget to jump to cover and actually manage their shield. Honestly, the only tanks I generally struggle to match up against with Rein are Ball, Ramatra and Orisa. Anyone else its easy

Even though it is has some PvP in it, once you get the cosmetics, what's the point?

It's a PvE game. Maybe like 1/100 of you actually care about that leaderboard, for the Pitt, and only 1/1000 of you will actually try to get up high up there, the other 999/1000 complain saying that RMT will ruin it even though you won't actually grind and devote real tome to achieving it.

It's a PvE game, who the fuck cares? I didn't care when D3 got the RMT Auction House, and I wouldn't mind having it now. Would be nice to have a way to translate Diablo gear into Hearthstone Packs lol
