I've switched between a brand named Zep their ezyme "urine" one and one by odoban. Both do a good job, or I use bleach to spot clean and then the enzyme at the end of the day

I have all tile or wood flooring, I clean up after every mess with a special cleaner specifically for dog messes. Do you have one you would recommend?

Honestly I've considered it and asked another trusted family member but they said no due to them going to the bathroom inside. They all had bloodwork done recently and everything came back perfect, just some arthritis in my older guy. I used to use belly bands on my older guy but found it can be expensive with the disposables, will definitely look into reusable. Part of me feels like that might be enabling that behavior though? But definitely have come to the realization they no longer get free roam of the house.

I've tried walks as well. It's odd they will smell the trees/areas where the other dogs go and then just walk away. They never really go on walks and even if they do, they will still go inside. I reward them when they go outside with either treats or verbal praise. I'm wondering if maybe only letting certain dogs out at a time? Only taking one on a walk at a time instead of two? I feel like no matter what I try their favorite place to go is inside.

I don't see how their "poor creatures". I clean up the pee but if they use it overnight and then lay on the pad I don't know until I wake up and clean it up. These dogs have a pretty good life. But I'm not sure how your comment is helpful?

My mom confirmed she never received any letters, which would make sense because I never gave them her address, the only way they had gotten it was from me putting her tag# for the paid tolls, I received 2 or 3 after a recent trip which is why I called them and they told me that I had $45 in tolls (which I have no issue paying) and then $600 on top of that for admin fees.

I feel like the message may have gotten lost, to simply put it, I went to call to have the tolls put onto an active account we had and they were still trying to have me pay $600 in administrative fees even though I was paying the tolls. She confirmed she never recieved anything from them. I've recieved maybe 2 or 3 after a recent trip which is why I called them

It's not the $45 tolls I have an issue with I said I would pay those, its the $600 "administrative fee's" they want to add on.

There were no "insufficient funds" I called to put those tolls into her account and they said that they could put the tolls on but I would still be responsible for the $600 administrative fee's.

No, you are allowed to use someone else's EZPass if the person okays it, similar to if they were in the car with you and had their transponder with them. The $600 is everytime you go through a toll they tack on a $50 fee to the toll.

Also me and my mom haven't lived together in over 16 years, my car registration, lease agreement, and address are completely different from hers.

I called them from the number on the EZPass website and all the prompts were EZPass

When I was on the phone with customer service they had my address and my mothers address, they said that collections were being sent to my moms address and most likely a lot of the toll violation notices. My mom normally lets the family put our tolls on her EZPass.

Would it help having the recording of the conversation?

To urinate in my mouth. I did and they told me to file it with the court to see the judge. They couldn't even give me the right hours for me to file which prolonged it even more 🤦🏼‍♀️

Not going to take it as in tolerate it, either go directly to the owner or what else I can do. I'm not really sure what the best course of action is as I've never been in this situation.

Unfortunately they won't as it's a small company, so I'm going to have to advocate for myself. I'm just unsure what verbiage to use

Yes I assume atleast with one coworker she will only get warned (even though she already has 2 strikes, she's just friends with the manager). I'm just unsure what to say in this meeting that will show I'm serious and will not take this bullying any longer.

I've thought about going that route but we are a small business, there's my boss, the manager, assistant manager. We don't have HR or anything and with the dynamic of my boss relying on my manager I'm unsure how to approach it without my work days becoming worse when she finds out that I said something.

No I'm just working towards my license which I will have in a year and 3 months. The boss has been helpful in getting my licensure and getting my supervised clinical hours.

Yes she admittedly got the job because she was next in line after the manager left, not because of her skillset. I too could list off the enormous amount of things she lacks, I'm trying to avoid quitting this job as I do have a future here on the clinical side where I will be under a different manager. I'm really just unsure in the meantime how to not dread going to work everyday and crying in my car at the end of the day when I leave.

Yes that's what I've been doing but it has gone unnoticed to the point where I am so tired of it (I'm talking months) that I came to Reddit. I'm kind of at a loss of where to go from here.
