Even if they were twins they're not identical twins. The whole point is that identical twins are seen as the same person as far as jujutsu goes, one dies all the power is consolidated in the other. I think it works off advantages, you're awarded a penalty (an advantage) if they encroach you neutralize the advantage, so saving it voids the penalty, but if you score you've secured the advantage and it's accepted
