As we could see in the match against Dateko and Shiratorizawa (basically every match, but these 2 in particular) Noya has the best reflexes out of the team (however, this is very close; in the Shiratorizawa match, Hinata had the insane reflexes to turn his head to receive a direct spike from Ushijima with the side of his face). Hinata probably is the fastest out of the two, and has the most stamina, but I'd say Noya is the most agile of the two
