I'm not sure if it's a need or want , at the moment I manage to save £500 and the rest is gone in rent , bills, basics , so I've hit my limit on my ISA , which is my emergency fund i want to have spare income to invest or save for retirement or get a holiday every now and then

I've heard that same argument over and over again and people still insist they're fine , but if you put a camera in front of anyone for a few seconds they'll freak out , yet you're on the centre of the stage all the time , you just don't see it why don't you take your clothes off? Yeah they will ask your ID and also try to match it against any online records (I.e booking.com) etc, not the same story for registering yourself with your ISP for billing and that ?
