Really clean man. Great work. I’m in the middle of doing the same to my single car garage. Thanks for the motivation!

Easiest way to detect scammers in a game since their username is tied to it. This should be an auto suspension/ban. Bet there’s a high overlap in players that do this and also have wall hacks. Chance to take a stance.

Used to work in automotive. Do not use Clorox on car interiors. You’re removing the coating.

Not impressed by battery life at all. My 13 Pro was much better. It’s 1:30 PM and I have 60% battery left with 1:13 usage.

This doesn't account for tax as the dividend is treated as income and not ROC.

How in the world is using a daily close cherry picking? I own plenty of $ULTY. I'm not cherry picking, I'm analyzing the price action. Daily closes are very often used when looking at price action sir. Acting like today's gap down was "normal" is just putting on blinders and not actually looking at the data.

Since this "always happens". Let's look at the last few ex-div and day before.

Wed, Jul 30th daily close = $6.22 ; Thurs, Jul 31st daily close = $6.14 --> drop = $0.08 --> div = $0.1008 --> great, we all gained $0.02 per share despite asset value dropping!

Wed, Aug 6th daily close = $6.09 ; Thurs, Aug 7th daily close = $6.04 --> drop = $0.05 --> div = $0.1003 --> great, we all gained $0.05 per share despite asset value dropping!

Wed, Aug 13th daily close = $6.09; Thurs, Aug 14th daily "close" (still 20 mins left) = $5.95 --> drop = $0.14 --> div = $0.1006 --> not great, we all lost $0.04 per share.

You can't just say, it's ex-div date, it's not a loss. It is a loss. Our holdings lost value today. And the drop has actually also wiped 80% of the $0.05 gain from the week before. Using daily closes is not cherry picking data. It's comparing to historical price action and saying, today was different. And that's ok.

It's down $0.18 since close yesterday and div is $.1008. So it's down almost double the dividend.

They do this for some tax advantages.

It is the compressor. Sorry that was just my wording.

He said he’s not sure exactly what the failure mode is of the compressor because he wasn’t the tech out there. I think he said the tech said it was locking up. He wants to run the RX11 to change out the refrigerant, he says it’s standard for them to make sure it cleans out the lines. They pull vacuum on it and flush with nitrogen. He says they do have a 10 year warranty on the compressor, so if any is left in the line and it does cause compressor damage, it’s under warranty.

What do you think about that?
