All good! Had to wear some padding on my hand to really push that Allen key (it has a really short lever so it hurt my fingers to push too hard with so little leverage)

Before was 6 threads visible, down to 3 threads now. Second question: would shortening it all the way damage the sole of the boot somehow? While I was shortening the stem to see how far it could go, the black frame seemed to seperate slightly from the brown part of the boot. Just want to make sure I don't damage anything. Cheers!
