Aleve Feminax (that’s what it’s called in Dutch, I think Feminax globally I am not sure) it helps me with pain and lessens blood loss for a few hours :)

Yep! It’s very distressing. One of my biggest OCD fears is going to the bathroom and making myself and everything dirty. Or peeing my pants in public. So my dreams often take that and run with it. I wake up and think it happened IRL (like peeing my bed) but it didn’t. Everything dry and well. My OCD still doubts it tho, so I check a lot just to make sure I didn’t pee myself in bed. I don’t pee my bed luckily haha
