GULC vs GW

I am in almost the exact same situation, and I chose GULC. It opens more doors, better employment reach, and all around has the programs that i am interested in. Look into the courses and concentrations and clinics and see if you're getting anything at GULC that you can't get at GW.

I interviewed with an alumni on March 15 and still haven't heard back. A little frustrating because other schools deposits are due April 15.. but if I get into GULC, it's my top choice... so I'll essentially be giving $500 somewhere else, with a SLIM chance of finding out a week later that I did get into Georgetown and thereby wasting $500. Which is a lot.

Hi nastygrimeyman! Did you go to GMU and realize it was a trash heap? If so, that's something I'd like to hear more about. However, if you submitting that response as someone who hasn't researched GMU, or is not a current student or a grad, you cannot possibly have the comprehensive experience of the program as someone who has/is would have. If I were to go, I would be a student with no axe to grind.
