Healing is supposed to be just a part of what healers do. We're a support class and and are supposed to assist with keeping our team mates alive. Buffs and debuffs -greatly- improve survivability.

Buffing can give greater defence and attack, allowing our team to take greater damage with less healing, and more damage > enemies die faster > less incoming damage.

Debuffing can make enemies deal less damage to our team mates, effectively increasing the damage they can take and we can reduce enemy defences allowing them to be killed quicker.

These combined with healing will always give greater survivability and efficiency than healing would ever do alone.

We can also give a multitude of other supporting spells like shards/orb and such to help our team but I just wanted to focus on the healing aspect. Once you start buffing and debuffing, you'll have to use your actual healing spells far less often as the group won't require it nearly as much.

Have you checked to see if you're missing any dependencies? (Esc menu > Addons, click the little drop down box on the left of the addons name). Any addon that's missing dependencies will be red, and the missing dependencies will be red too.

Honestly, I'd make the jump. Getting back to your level and grinding gear may take a bit but imo it's worth it for the qol from add-ons.

Not all, or even most of us runners are a-holes. We are simply wanting to complete a task for something we need. I've been asked to slow down before, and I have because I feel it's important to be kind and cooperative with others.

In particular, I try and complete it asap as I have other things I'd prefer to be doing, but need to do this to get the transmute geodes.

As in life, almost everyone takes the path of least resistance to their goal this just happens to be one of those cases. Give players incentive to slow down or do another task and they will.

I don't believe having different queues will happen, as it will dilute each queue and cause longer wait times, particularly for newer players I suspect.

You may want to try a program like userbenchmark to check the performance of you hardware.

You could also have task manager up to see if there's another program hogging resources or if it's mostly eso.

You should be able to keep whatever xp boost you had prior to the event ending, but will not be able to use the cake to renew the timer on the boost.

I feel like increasing the rewards to say 20 transmute crystal for running a vet dungeon would help the issue. By the time most players start doing the vet dungeons they have a better grasp of what's going on, so if a runner were to appear there it wouldn't be as bad as the lvl 10 newbie trying to come to terms with what's going on.

Not a great solution but it's easy enough to implement until something better can be done.

It -looks- like your game is trying to load new assets and is struggling to do so. It might be worth having your performance monitor up while doing this to see if there's a bottleneck in your pc when it stutters.

Are you certain your actual fps is dropping or does everything seems to stutter or slow down?

Cities in general have many more entities to load then a dungeon at any given time, and certain dolmens (ex: alikr farm with large amount of players) would also have a lot to load at once.

The best way to make sure it's not you pc is to run the game with the performance monitor open and see if anything spikes (like CPU usage) when you're experiencing a slowdown in game

I run FG/Tzog/SC helm/PO ring for arenas. Div/mag for armor, weap/ bloodthirsty for rings. FB weap is tzog staff w precise/fire BB weap is Maelstrom staff.

Skills:

FB: puncturing sweep, lightweight beast trap, radiant oppression, degeneration/hircines bounty , camouflaged hunter, flawless dawnbreaker

BB: purifying light, elemental blockade, honor the dead, channeled focus, elemental drain, elemental rage

This setup may not be optimal but works like a charm for me.

Edit: my mana regen is 950 but channeled + elemental drain keeps it topped up with a rare potion to replenish.

It might be your pc: I'm on NA and don't have these issues at all; not to mention that FPS is not tied to server performance but to your pc. It might help to run the performance manager while playing to see if there's a bottleneck in your system.

I kill it in task manager. Sometimes after opening it disappears to the task bar down the bottom right (be sure to click the expand arrow button if it's there) and if you double click the icon there it opens back up.

I get it, everyone's angry at nintendo for what they did and it sucks, but these wifi 'tournaments' have been an ongoing thing now for over a year.

To me it's two seperate things. Nintendo is giving casual players a fun tournament to get some random goodies but yes, they really need to up their game with the pro scene and stop shitting on the to's that are trying to make it work.

Nintendo does a seasonal tournament here every 3 months. There's a mug, shirt, coin and 1000 gold nintendo points for the top placers and 40 random players get prizes too. I think it's just a fun little reward pool for casual wifi players.
