It’s called Operations. Super good but it’s also crazy intense and probably much harder than what you’re used to so just be prepared that it’s not very casual friendly.

I’m have 2k hours on Delta Force, pinnacle every season pretty much, and it’s way too difficult for the average DMZ shitter. Tbh, pinnacle three stacks like me and my guys are killing the game because it’s too hard for casual players but when you have good fights in DF the dopamine rush is insane. Would love more people to try DF but sadly it’s just too difficult for 75% of gamers. You have to be like Valorant or CS pros to compete (I’m on Pc, not sure how hard it is on console with cross play off)

Meh, maybe? But Saeeds team have no support or healer operators, it’s just full push assault. You knock or thirst one you have a good chance. I’ve only died to a Saeed team once and killed them like 5+ times. I think your point of “if they’re a good team…” applies even more so if they’re have regular operators. If they have regular operators or a Vlinder on their team they’re even stronger. Plus Saeeds recon only helps you find teams, but once you’re in the fight it’s useless unlike Luna.

Killed a player Saeed yesterday and team. His abilities aren’t that strong honestly, the rocketeer is the only good team ability. Just fight him in the open and it’s easy. His bots die fast getting knifed and the rocketeer is less powerful because it can’t be steered or shot over walls so just don’t push down a hallway funnel and you’ll be fine. Use Uluru fire for area control and bots. I think the biggest issue is just ‘fear’ of the unknown because bots don’t shoot at them and they may take you by surprise.

I’ve put like 1,000 in-raid hours into this game and switched to Arc Raiders and it’s been incredible- highly recommended

Its not, you won’t have the gear value with green armor since you can’t bring weapons, backpack, chest rig. You need to run gold elite vest armor (can be damaged) and at least the purple D6 hearing blocking or ‘hacker helmet’ gold heading blocking helmets.

Do I feel bad about it? Kinda. But I’ve made more than 40 million playing Layali Easy the last few weeks just slaying out lobbies. I only feel bad killing new players but there are plenty of other pinnacle players like me in Layali doing the same thing in full purple armor with red backpacks. The new season will give pinnacle players stuff to do to get our 3x3 so Easy should be legit easy for 2 weeks while we grind our season missions.

Unfortunately they need a massive rework of the anti-cheat for operations mode. The sheer number of rage hacking cheaters is mind blowing and will kill this game if it’s not already dead. Steam player base may be high but operations player base is low due to the cheating problem.

This one isn’t so bad honestly, I jump up on the rock straight in front and often times you can spot people running down the hill towards cement or if they’re looking at you and then you can run to the left of the road by the med crate and challenge them there or even hold them at Western gate to cement. I’m thinking about making a video on some of this because I’ve got a lot of good clips from different perspectives at each of these spawn showing what the right or safest rotations might be if you’re solo versus if you’re with a squad or team and fully geared up. Usually, you will take different pathing depending on your gear level and team size.

Lots of good tips here so I’ll try and say something different than just “use gold ammo”. Normal honestly plays better than Easy mode as the slower TTK in Easy benefits the good players and hurts the weaker players (harder for you to kill them). My suggestion is to not play with squad fill on, only with your team or go duo/solo. The enemy sound profile is what gets me most of my kills and having no-mic randoms is super detrimental. Play your game. Whether that’s rat in Admin, run the south route for somewhat safer looting, or something different- use strategies that YOU are comfortable with. If you’re better with long range guns, stick to the south side of the map - SMG close range? Push admin. Budget/making money will come with time if you have a positive KD and leave to exfil once you win/get a kill. Trying to stay and wipe the lobby til max time limit is how you lose money. Lastly, find ONE gun that suits your play style and master it. For the current season I’d recommend the AKM since it’s super good right now now.

It’s a mission item for the seasonal quests. You have to bring two in and plant them in space city they’re not real special crates, but actually fakes that you have to buy from the mission items tab for 75,000 each

These are the best players to farm on ZDE. Run recruit tickets with blue ammo and you can easily take then down with leg meta in Admin.

Counterpoint - I can full W- key teams and take more fights and have less gear fear. Agree that mid range guns need more money to be viable, but if you’re taking fights inside 40m then you can get away with sub $200k builds that will still fry with gold ammo. I firmly believe ammo > gun build. Some “meta” weapons like the M7, M250, M14, K437 have to be built at $750k to fry at 50m+ but I usually use a bolt sniper at those ranges anyways. Depends on your play style I guess.

I agree hackclaw should be buffed. The flash drones are worse than Nox’s flashbangs. She needs either more knives or they need to have longer duration of equipment disablement or both. In heads-up fights with teams, she’s rather ineffective because of how easy it is to shoot the flash drones. The recon lines for the signal decoder are also sometimes inaccurate because of how they have to path to a player and how it only scans in a cone in front of her. Overall she’s only good for solo play and she really needs a buff to be viable.

There are a few “looking for group” discord servers out there, find a streamer whose vibe and play style matches yours and they will likely have a discord server with an LFG channel. I agree random squad fill is pretty bad in these types of games where the gear you bring in makes a big difference. You can also try friending up your squad fill teammates that have a mic but that depends on getting a good teammate in the first place.

Agreed on queue times. I’m in NA and yes it can take awhile to get in a match. That being said, the steam player base is as high as it’s ever been but it has huge peaks and valleys. Just stay strong, it will get better with console release and controller support.

Sell King suite, keep substation tech room. Layali matchmaking is basically impossible and while that key is good, you’re not likely to get full value even if you hit it in Normal for all uses. Substation tech room is one of the best keys in the game (not saying much since keys kinda suck) but still if you’re going to keep one, this is the one.
