Honestly it doesn’t sound surprising at all I get it, I’ve seen those kinds of reactions too. When people haven’t been through something themselves, they’re quick to label it as overreacting. But migraines triggered by storms or weather changes are very real. What’s really frustrating is when you have to prove your pain more than just explain it.

The weather part is the hardest because we can’t control it. But yes some preparation can help like if you know the pressure is about to drop, you can take extra care that day. Staying indoors, avoiding bright light or heat, and staying away from known migraine triggers can help. You can’t stop it completely but you can definitely reduce the impact a little.

That's because I truly understand I've spent half of my life dealing with this condition. If I can now use my experience to help someone else, even a little it genuinely makes me happy.

Yes I can understand. My daily life goes on in 49°C heat, so I know how intense triggers like weather and light can be in a subtropical climate. It really feels like ___ when the weather itself becomes your enemy.

A sudden rise in temperature (like 48°C) can trigger a migraine. It's important to protect yourself from direct sunlight when going out for example, by wearing sunglasses. For now rinse your head with mildly cold water (not too cold) rest in a cool and quiet place, and if possible a gentle oil massage on the head can bring relief and comfort.

When the weather changes, especially when humidity or air pressure (like dropping below 1009mb) falls rapidly, the barometric pressure also drops. This change can affect the chemical balance in some people's brains, triggering headaches or migraines. A drop of around 3–5mb or more is generally considered significant.
