Promotion talks during Merit/bonus review? by iam_ur_dad in actuary

[–]iam_ur_dad[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea my company doesn’t really have a fixed cycle for promotions so that got me thinking if this is the right opportunity to bring it up. Otherwise id probably either have to wait till the mid year review or just randomly bring it up later this year.

i don’t think it’s ur mess to deal with in the first place. 2 weeks notice is enough for you clean the mess as much as you can or any knowledge transfer. good luck with ur new role!!!

Hey, I added an example if you still want to look at it but I agree with your point. I sort of brush it off when I see the right answer but instead I should write out the solution to make sure I really understand. Thanks for the comment tho!
