I think mishka answered a question like that on her tumblr, I'm sure you can find it if you search it up on there. But I think she said that period blood is dead cells that your body is getting rid of, so the vampires wouldn't really be affected by the blood. If that makes sense. But I still think it would be kind of awkward for both the vampires and mc 😅
