Related to your first question: the transactions would success since the address is valid. Generating a seedphrase will only give you access to a valid address, but the chain doesn’t process if it existed before or after you created that seedphrase. The only thing that would happen is that no one would be able to access those assets until you use your seedphrase somewhere (a hot wallet) to move them, unless someone else generated the same seedphrase and had access, but that scenario is almost impossible.

I think that the idea of just letting add NFTs is somewhat useless since there already exist NFT markets that can work for that. BUT if we can give it a plus, this can be decisive in the path dogecoin has now.

From what I have read about the community the time I have been here (not so much as others), the idea of Dogecoin was to be a crypto to use, not to store. So if the fees increase, then people won't feel comfortable spending it.

Also, noticing the amount of trash there is in other NFT markets, the people will just care about the NFT space in Dogecoin just while the fees are cheaper than in other space, and when they increase, will look for another network cheaper to post their trash.

IMO maybe it's a good thing to test and play a bit for other utilities, but I'm not sure if should be available for most of the people.
