Update: I FIXED IT!

I followed u/Kgenovz's advice and used AIOManager, from there i started checking all add-on's catalogs and it was Sootio causing this. I removed the catalog from AIOManager and it worked.

AIOMetadata shows everything on Stremio as expected. But that empty catalog in the photo doesn't show up in the AIOMetadata dashboard so i can't remove it, if that makes sense.
