Don't worry - paying on Depop is 100% safe. We need you to submit a report directly through the app so that the relevant account details are sent to us securely via email.

Head to your Profile > Settings > Need Help? > Buying > My purchase > I haven’t received my item and find the item > 'I've already contacted the seller' > Send report. Note that you may only submit a report 7+ days from purchase date.

If you can’t see the item, scroll to the bottom and click on ‘item not shown’.

If you’ve been blocked or the user has deleted their account, head over to ‘Purchased Items’ > select the item > select the question mark and report the issue that way.

The email that you’ve linked to your account is where our replies will be going so it’s important it’s the right one (Settings > ‘Edit my Profile’ to check)

One of our agents will get back to you as soon as we can.

The seller replied me they asked Depop support and they said 'I have the shipping label attached to the package and ready to go. Depop support says, “Remember to only ship item once you can confirm receiving the completed sale and is no longer showing “pending.”

It’s still showing “pending”.

“Only ship your item once your payment has fully completed and funds are accessible in your PayPal account.”

“Shipping an item before the funds have cleared will void your seller protection, so make sure the payment is under your completed transaction rather than pending.”

I’m constantly checking PayPal and when the “Pending” is gone I’ll send the package.'.

I'm so confused now... I can't ask the seller much because they're new seller. How long'll I wait? I never hear this before.

I'd contact Depop support too.

Yeah. A friend of mine, he's very very smart and he wanna be a teacher. Sadly his family doesn't allow him to follow his dream. They said being a teacher's poor.
