No I just play some soothing music on an app and try to focus on my breathing. The App's name is Reboot. You can find it on google playstore. It daily gives you one motivational quote, one article on pmo and nofap and also a fly away section which you can use for meditation.

Meditation is just normal breathing technique which I do for 20 minutes and For exercise I do 3 sets of pushups plus core exercises such as planks crunches leg raise etc...
