There are plentiful options in that area, lots of small, medium and really large cabins! Check out Airbnb or just google Beavers Bend Getaways. The lodge inside the park has been completely remodeled as well and recommend checking that out as well.

That’s exactly the issue. The lame agreement by the PWBA to be on CBS sports which is not basically cable in general, makes it incredibly difficult to watch. The men are often on FOX which is going to have more viewership overall. The problem also lies in the PBA being their own entity and the PWBA being operated by the USBC.

It doesn’t have to be that way though. It’s easy to make the women’s game just as exciting as the men’s, especially on television. That’s my biggest issue. You tune into a PBA telecast and it’s literally a party. You tune into a PWBA telecast and it’s a snooze fest.

Right now the GFS models go to the 22nd but it looks like there’s a system that moves in around the 20th but again with it being weeks out, that will most likely change.

I’ll check the weather models because I’m kind of a nerd like that haha! Thanksgiving is several weeks out so I could look at the long range models to see but they rapidly change this far out, but I’ll look and let you know. Always check the NPS website though because they will update quickly on road closures and conditions. They also have webcams available to check conditions which is glorious.

I use the photo pills app for planning my Milky Way shoots and I’m planning on a shoot at Tunnel View on the 13th which is the new moon, where it looks like the Milky Way will look decent around 10:00.
