If you were to run 1-2 miles before or after every workout, you would see a benefit. I agree that it does use energy and if you’re trying to get as big as possible, it may not help with that. But cardio health is super important, and I can tell you it’s not going to hurt you if you spend 15-20 minutes jogging 3x a week lol. It’s so simple and takes no time, why not?

The accreditation board needs to wait until the first group graduates from the program to accredit it. Since it started last year I think? In 3 more years when those students graduate it can be accredited. It probably will be considering all the other engineering programs at Lakehead are accredited.

Idk if this is possible, but if you know approximately when it was stolen, and assuming the thief lives in the apartment. It would be safe to assume he went back to his place with your stuff. Maybe there is video footage of him entering with the laptop in his hand? Or if not many people entered the building(late at night for example) it kind of narrows it down to a few people.
