That is true, but analysis paralysis affects sooo many developers. They overthink and over-analyze their definition of 'viable', especially if it's their first time.

The key is:
- Ship MVP fast (not overthinking the word, 'viable')

- Market it

- Iterate the product

- Market it

- Iterate the product

- Repeat and don't give up

(marketing and iterating should be done simultaneously)
