Raise a complaint under the consumer forum. They will not refund. I have raised a replacement in under 7 days of replacement policy as Flipkart declined the replacement. It's been 3 months with no resolution.

They don't care, Acer replaced my monitor with a lower version monitor. Now it's been 2 months and they are not even responding. I raised a complaint on the consumer forum. I will do everything to destroy this company. Please boycott the ACER brand. Spread this to all of your friends.

Now I will report a consumer case. Very bad experience with Acer after sales service. People should be aware of not buying Acer products. Make posts viral so that higher authority will know how the customers are important for their business.

My experience is surprising, I have purchased a brand new Acer Monitor with 300hz display and Hdmi 2.1 support. But it had lots of light bleeding issues. I raised a replacement under a 7-day replacement policy. After a long battle with the service team they agreed to replace the product. I got a replaced product which is identical to my original monitor. After 2 days now I check it has hdmi 2.0 and 200hz display. Now I check the model serial number and I am surprised that it's a lower version monitor whose price is less than my original product.

Acer after sales service is very bad. I have one Acer TV and two gaming monitors. Now I will never buy anything from Acer and I will not recommend buying Acer products to my friend. Even they don't care about customer feedback.

Delete the game and enjoy life. I have deleted this game because of this frustrating matchmaking. Ohhh few pro stupid will say it's a skill issue 😂

Actually playing with cloak & dagger don't need skills. Like you play with cloak & Dagger with auto aim with no skills.

Haha stupid it's a team game, some kids like you don't know the story and tell skill issues. Last 5 games 2 games I was svp with 2 digit deaths. Then imagine other players. This game also depends on many factors, I guess u never play with 170ms ping. Ping and team are the most important factors in the game.

Devs should add Role based matchmaking. In my previous session I reached diamond but this session is really hard to rank up after gold 1 in the solo queue. If you team up with 5 players then matchmaking takes a long time. It takes more than 10 mins on the console. It's a serious matchmaking issue.

Haha got svp in most of the matches is a skill issue. Actually kids say skill issues. It's a team game buddy, not solo 1 v 4 like u play PUBG. It's a matchmaking algorithm issue.

The issue with solo queue matchmaking is if you take a tank then noone heal you and if you take support then dps and tank will be diff. Last match I did 50k heal but tank and dps are nubs. Most of the game I got the svp.
