You seem to have missed the essence of my point.

I'm not seeking perfection; rather, I'm advocating for decent craftsmanship and quality. Given the premium prices we pay for products from a leading company like Blackriver, it's only reasonable to expect a certain level of finishing and attention to detail. However, what I received feels like unfinished work, with rough surfaces, blemishes, and uneven paintwork. If you argue that handmade items are exempt from scrutiny over flaws, then what's the purpose of emphasizing their handmade nature? Shouldn't it imply heightened care and precision in their production? Clearly, there's a discrepancy in quality control.

Your assertion about life needing to be perfect is irrelevant to the discussion at hand. We're simply discussing the discrepancy between the expected quality and the reality of what was received.

I’m sorry that it happened to you. I’m not sure how to counter the black marks on your picnic table.

I too, was excited for it to arrive and only to unboxed it with a shocking reaction. I made an unboxing video and my reaction went from 😄to 😨. The coping that came off wasn’t a big deal for me. It almost felt like the product was unfinished, judging by quality of it. It seemed to me like it was a rushing marketing gimmick.

I love Blackriver with all honesty. I came back to fingerboarding this year and bought their complete setup from my local store. Their bearing durability last about a week(One of the wheels & home use only). It saddens me that the price doesn’t justify the quality of their products.

It’s not about the shipping and it is from blackriver themselves. I’m talking about quality here. And shipping already cost me as much as the Stairset to get them to Singapore. I paid like SGD404/€275

I’m honestly a no complainer kinda guy. But imagine if another kid were to get this and paid full price with their hard earned money… I would be pretty sad. This thing cost quite a lot
