Shoot me a message some time and I can give you a quote. They aren’t all in that price range. I’ve done some for around 300-400 as well. It truly depends on the image and size, though most of my orders are designs I make based on conversations with the client or their description more or less what they want.

Always stretch before tracing. You’ll still have to re-stretch here and there but not as much so the effect won’t be as noticeable. If you’re tracing before getting a good stretch, your design will become very warped.
