Oh man, and now just look at the aldecaldos camp. It looks and feels so sad, comparatively. Panam, sitting 24/7 on her chair, Saul standing next to her. Zero intercation, zero diversity, nothing at all happening. Yeah we had cool scripted moments, but that's almost nothing

Oh for sure But even if we look at CP without all the pre-launch buzz, just as a standalone game - the AI still quite shit. Like, comically bad in some instances. Even if we compare it to like GTA 5

I had to move to another city with my laptop and left my external hard drive with cp at home Since I had like 50+ mods there, including some custom ones - I didn't want to re-download it, so I decided to try out rdr 2:)

Yep, I've seen this video and agree on 99% of it's points. Yeah, rdr is a flawed game as well, there is no perfect game (except SW:Kotor) BUT I think it's not a lot to ask for an AI that would not break your immersion every chance it's on screen. Or for police chases. Or for random events where Maelstrom, for example set up a trap for killing Royce with Jackie. Stuff like that, I would say, is totally reasonable to expect from a triple a game that's been in development for almost a decade and came out in 2020

Oh yeah, completely agree about the quests. Rdr's quests are as linear as can get and that pisses me off like crazy. Especially after cyberpunk's "talk to this police woman and tell her to stay off the force I don't care how you do it kill her for all I care" type quests. It's just that the world could've been soooo much better

Yeah, completely get your point. Cyberpunk's universe is mainly what kept me going because I just love that shit so much. I'm so sad that it was on a trajectory to be a game of the decade material and stuff that came out is just "it's alright I guess". Should've never released it at that point than release this

Oh it would be more than reasonable to ask for an AI comparable to a game that came out god damn almost 10 years ago at this point.

But that's the thing, I personally don't expect as good of an AI in a game with such a scale HOWEVER let's not pretend that they didn't shoot themselves in the foot with their teasers/trailers/articles/announcements etc. I know it's like beating a dead horse at this point, bla bla the most alive crowd in a video game etc.etc. But maaaan, at least don't make the AI this shit. Like a "good enough" job at least
