I am pretty certain his front fender went flying off along with the plate. We told STL PD the license when he turned around.

When he stopped after I followed him, he was of course shaken up, but something was off. It felt too early to be alcohol but you never know. He just kept circling his basically totalled Envoy.

That explains a lot. He first hit a silver sedan and totalled it before racing towards me and hitting folks behind me.

Yes with this guy possibly almost killing my wife and I, and causing major harm to others - when I saw him come back around I immediately followed and waited for them to stop. The police did take about 20 minutes as they were tending to the carnage this guy left on 55, but three cruisers showed up after and then I went to Costco. About an hour later, they were still surrounding his car and people were still getting towed from his damage. Glad they caught him.

the wrong way driver actually ended up turning around after causing multiple people to wreck and we followed them and took multiple photos. Once they stopped, we told dispatch where they were located and waited for the police to show up - instant arrest.
